PUBLIC COMMENTS

Project information is contained in the Environmental Review Record and is available for review and comment in person or in writing M-F 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in the Community & Economic Development Office at 33 Wakefield St., Rochester, NH 03867.  All comments received by July 30, 2020 will be forwarded to the City Manager and considered prior to authorizing submission of a request for release of funds.

RELEASE OF FUNDS

The City of Rochester certifies to HUD that Blaine Cox in his capacity as City Manager consents to accept the jurisdiction of the Federal Courts if an action is brought to enforce responsibilities in relation to the environmental review process and that these responsibilities have been satisfied. HUD's approval of the certification satisfies its responsibilities under NEPA and related laws and authorities and allows the City of Rochester to expend program funds.
