Priorities identified for FY 2016-2017 include affordable housing initiatives, lead paint abatement in low-income housing, employment and vocational services for unemployed and underemployed residents, treatment and services for residents with mental illnesses, substance abuse treatment and prevention, and Housing First and rapid rehousing for chronically homeless persons.
