• 2017 S.U.R. Construction completed the installation of a gravity sewer line beneath the Spaulding Turnpike.
• 2018 S.U.R. Construction completed the gravity sewer line from the Spaulding turnpike down Railroad Avenue to the City's sewer interceptor.
• 2019 Underwood Engineering completed the design engineering and the bidding of the Phase II Sewer Main extension into the Colonial Pines neighborhood.
• 2019 SUR Construction was the low bidder for the Phase 2 Sewer Extension Project - Construction Start planned for April 1, 2019 -  This phase was completed December 2020.
• 2022 SUR Construction was the low bidder for Phase 3 Sewer Extension Project.  Work has begun and is anticipated to be complete in 2023.
