Reminder: License Your Dog

The Rochester City Clerk’s Office will be mailing certified letters to dog owners that have not yet licensed their dog(s); licenses expired April 30, 2020.  Dogs can be licensed in person at the City Clerk’s Office Monday-Friday 8-9am for senior citizens and those at risk, 9-5pm for the general public. The office is closed from 1-2pm.
