Planning Board - 1/3/22 Agenda Items included several applications for site plans and construction: 15 Rochester Hill Road, 74 Old Dover Road 215 Rochester Hill Road 29 Wadleigh Road, Planning Update, and Other.

City Inauguration 1/4/22 for Mayor, City Council, School Board, Police Commission, and Election Officials.

Police Commission - 1/5/2022  Agenda items included: Oath of Office: Promotions: Deputy Chief: Jason Thomas, Captain: Andrew Swanberry, Lieutenant: Michael Miehle, and Sergeant: William Robinson. Also included was the election of Chair and Vice-Chair, Monthly Reports from Operations and Administration.

Finance/City Council 1/11/22  Finance Committee agenda included: Public Input, Police Department- Body Cameras Competitive Bid Waiver, Economic Development Dept- Riverwalk Funding-Discussion, Fire Department- Firefighter Overtime Summary Memo-Discussion, Reports from Finance & Administration. City Council agenda included: City Manager’s Report, Communications from the Mayor, Mayoral Appointments of Subcommittees, Creation of Special joint committee of the School Board and City Council, Correspondence from Public Health Network, Nominations, Appointments, Resignations, Reports of Committees, Resolution for Supplemental Appropriation of $422,805 to Department of Public Works (DPW) Sewer CIP Fund, and Non-Public Session.

Zoning Board of Adjustment – 1/12/22 Agenda items included several cases for special exceptions and variances. Please see the agenda or video for further details. Agenda items included: Continued Cases: Variance construction of a shed within the 10-foot setback, Special Exception from to permit vehicle service,  Variance to permit the construction of an Electric Charging Station with the installation of six (6) charging units and appropriate lighting, and Election of Officers.

School Board – 1/13/22 Agenda Items included: Election of Chair of the Board, Election of Vice-Chair, Report from Spaulding Student Senate, Superintendent’s Report and Communications, (which includes district recognitions), Public Comment, Committee Reports, discussion under New Business and Other.

City Council – 1/18/22 Public Hearing - FY 2023 Community Development Block Grant (“CDBG”) Annual Action Plan. Workshop:  Public Input, Communications from the City Manager, Communications from the Mayor, Presentation: Capital Reserve Fund review, Presentation: Wastewater Treatment Facility permitting, Presentation: Redistricting, Department Reports

Public Safety Committee – 1/19/22  Agenda items included: Public Input, Meeting Dates, Flat Rock Bridge Road/Salmon Falls Rd, Squamanagonic Gate Discussion, 197 Columbus Avenue-Requesting Handicap Spot, Discussion of the Ambulance Contract, E911 Update, Emergency Management Update, Other

• The Codes & Ordinances Committee, Public Works & Buildings Committee and the Planning Board Workshop were not held in January 2022.
