Property Tax Bill Information for June 2021

Property Tax Bills are estimated to be mailed on June 14 and accessible online approx. June 10. Due date: July 15, 2021.
Options for payment:
If using Bill Pay through your bank please use our new location address of City of Rochester, 150 Wakefield St, Suite 271, Rochester NH 03867
On-line through the city website, or by clicking here. Please note there will be a transaction fee.
In-person at the Tax office which is now located at the James W Foley Community Center, 150 Wakefield Street, Suite 271 (Second Floor) behind Spaulding High School. Enter the building on the Wakefield Street side, not the Recreation Department/Gymnasium.
Please note the dropbox at 19 Wakefield will not accept Tax Bill payments.
