MINUTES OF THE POLICE COMMISSION MONTHLY MEETING
The Rochester Police Commission held a special meeting on December 21, 2007, in non public session for the purposes of personnel matters.
Present were Comm. Flanagan, Comm. Dumont, Comm. McManus, Chief Dubois, Capt. Dumas, Anthony Triano, Ernest Thompson, Edward Correia.
The meeting was called to order at 2:00 P.M. in non public session.
The meeting came out of non public session at 3:40 P.M.
At the close of the non public session, the following action was taken
Comm. Dumont MOVED that Sgt. Anthony Triano is selected for promotion, upon passing of physical agility tests, to the rank of Lieutenant, effective February 1, 2008, with a salary of $63,000.00. The motion was SECONDED by Comm. McManus and PASSED unanimously.
Comm. Dumont MOVED that the salary of Lt. Paul Toussaint be adjusted to $65,000, effective February 1, 2008. The motion was SECONDED by Comm. McManus and PASSED unanimously.
The meeting adjourned at 3:45 P.M.
