MINUTES OF THE POLICE COMMISSION SPECIAL MEETING
The Rochester Police Commission held a meeting on April 18, 2006, in non public session, at 6:00 P.M. for the purpose of personnel matters related to promotional interviews. Present at this meeting was Chairman Flanagan, Comm. Stenhouse and Comm. Dumont.
Also present was Chief Dubois, Patrick Emerson, Anthony Bossi and Eric Dugas.
The meeting was called to order at 6:00 P.M.
1. NON-PUBLIC SESSION:
Comm. Flanagan MOVED to enter a non-public session at 6:00 P.M. for the purpose of personnel matters. SECOND by Comm. Dumont. The motion PASSED by roll call vote, Comm. Dumont-yes, Comm. Stenhouse-yes, Comm. Flanagan-yes. The non-public session closed at 6:55 P.M. on a MOTION by Comm. Flanagan, SECOND by Comm. Dumont and PASSED unanimously.
2. MISCELLANEOUS
At the close of the non-public sessions the following action or discussion occurred:
Chairman Flanagan MOVED to promote Anthony Bossi and Eric Dugas to Sergeant, effective Sunday, April 23, 2006. SECONDED by Comm. Dumont and PASSED unanimously.
Comm. Stenhouse MOVED to permit the Department to hire an officer for the duration to fill the temporary vacancy created by Officer Pridham’s call to active duty, extended through March 30, 2008. SECONDED by Chairman Flanagan and PASSED unanimously.
3. ADJOURNMENT:
Comm. Flanagan MOVED to adjourn. SECOND by Comm. Dumont at 6:57 P.M.
