MINUTES OF THE POLICE COMMISSION SPECIAL MEETING
The Rochester Police Commission held a special meeting on March 14, 2005, at 6:00 P.M. for the purpose of contractual and personnel matters. Present at this meeting was Chairman Dumont, Comm. Flanagan, Comm. Stenhouse, Chief Dubois, Capt. Allen, Attorney Grossman, and Secretary Warburton.
The meeting was called to order at 6:00 P.M.
1. VOTE TO RATIFY THE CONTRACT.
Comm. Flanagan MOVED to ratify the contract between the Rochester Police Commission and the IBPO Local 580 Police Union, and to send the cost items for the same to the City Council. SECOND by Comm. Stenhouse. Open for discussion.
There was no additional discussion except that Chief Dubois noted on behalf of the Local that they are anxious to move this forward.
The MOTION to ratify the contract and forward the same to Council PASSED unanimously.
2. NON-PUBLIC SESSION:
Comm. Flanagan MOVED to enter a non-public session at 6:05 P.M. for the purpose of legal and personnel discussions. SECOND by Comm. Stenhouse. The motion PASSED by roll call vote, Comm. Flanagan-yes, Chairman Dumont -yes. The non-public session closed at 6:35 P.M. on a MOTION by Comm. Flanagan. SECOND by Comm. Stenhouse and PASSED unanimously.
3. ADJOURNMENT:
Comm. Flanagan MOVED to adjourn. SECOND by Chairman Dumont at 6:36 P.M.
